a. Overview

b. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed within the App and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through authorized third-party services. By purchasing, you agree to their terms.
  • Billing disputes must be resolved directly with the third-party platform.


c. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by the platform's policies.
  • For unauthorized transactions, contact the relevant platform immediately.


4. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

  • Subscribers gain full access; non-subscribers have limited functionality.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the current period ending.
  • Manage subscriptions and auto-renewal via your Account Settings.
  • If a free trial is provided, any unused portion is forfeited upon subscription.


5. License and Restrictions

a. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes, in accordance with these Terms.


b. Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App.

2. Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Access the App’s systems without authorization.

4. Infringe on others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.


6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

Metak Apps retains ownership of all App content, design, and features, which are protected by intellectual property laws.


b. User-Generated Content

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you upload. You grant Metak Apps a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content to provide the App’s services.


7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, cloud storage). Use of these services is subject to their own terms. Metak Apps is not responsible for their content or actions.


8. Termination

Metak Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease. You may discontinue use by uninstalling the App.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we make no warranties regarding performance or results.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metak Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable methods. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
